CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF NON-PERMANENT TOURIST ACCOMMODATION

FIRST. - OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. - The object of the contract is the tourist accommodation that THE HOST will provide to THE GUEST and their registered companions, within the precise terms and conditions of its clauses, for exclusively residential purposes, in the property and on the dates described in the first part of this contract.

SECOND. - CONTRACT DURATION. - The PARTIES agree that the duration of this contract is equivalent to the number of nights established in the "TABLE OF CONDITIONS OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION WITH EXCLUSIVE USE." The contract comes into effect when THE GUEST: 1.- Has received it duly completed by THE HOST, and 2.- THE GUEST has paid in legal currency to THE HOST the total value of the agreed accommodation price between the parties.

THIRD. - VALUE. - THE GUEST will pay THE HOST the amount of money set in the "TABLE OF CONDITIONS OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION WITH EXCLUSIVE USE." FIRST PARAGRAPH.- The money, once received, will not be refundable because the specified dates are strictly adhered to, and consequently, the facilities are made available to the guest for exclusive use for the agreed-upon period. SECOND PARAGRAPH.- THE GUEST may use the property covered by this contract solely and exclusively for lodging purposes during the term of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of its second clause. In any case, THE GUEST acknowledges being aware that the movable property subject to this contract is designed for rest and recreation, and consequently, undertakes to refrain from engaging in any conduct or behaviors that violate current police regulations. THIRD PARAGRAPH.- The parking service is free; therefore, THE HOST will not be financially liable under any circumstances for the loss, deterioration, or condition of the vehicle owned by THE GUEST or the goods or objects left inside the vehicles.

FOURTH. - OBLIGATIONS. 1.- Of THE HOST. 1.1.- Provide the service subject to the contract. 1.2.- Attend, receive, process, and respond to suggestions, complaints, or claims presented by THE GUEST. 1.3.- The others established at its expense by law. 2.- OF THE GUEST. 2.1.- Identify oneself to register at the HOTEL with an appropriate identification document, presenting their identity card in the case of being Colombian or their passport or applicable document in the case of foreigners. 2.2.- Pay the accommodation fee. 2.3.- Pay the value of all expenses and charges incurred. 2.4.- Observe decent behavior. 2.5.- Respond up to slight fault for their obligations and those of their companions. 2.6.- Register all the GUEST's companions who go to their room in the "WEB CHECK-IN" form and pay the fee or value corresponding to each of them. 2.7.- Respect the number of people per room. 2.8.- THE GUEST acknowledges that engaging in sports, physical exercises, driving ships, bicycles or vehicles, using instruments or tools, and in general any activity that represents a risk or could be considered a dangerous activity will be their decision, under their exclusive responsibility, and implies that THE GUEST has the skills and knowledge to assume such risks, releasing THE HOST from any responsibility in case of any damage, injury, or death. 2.9.- Use the furniture, utensils, equipment, and in general, the facilities of both the room and the house properly, keeping them in the condition in which they are found, and therefore, will be responsible for any damage or loss of the elements and property of the accommodation, up to slight fault. In case of loss or total or partial damage to the property due to the fault of THE GUEST or their companions, THE GUEST must pay the corresponding price for repair or replacement, as the case may be. 2.10.- Allow access for routine room cleaning.

FIFTH. - ARRIVAL. - THE GUEST and all their companions must arrive at the property between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the agreed day. With prior authorization from THE HOST, THE GUEST and their companions may arrive earlier. If there is any delay, THE GUEST must inform THE HOST. THE GUEST undertakes to maintain the property and return it in the same condition as received, leaving the furniture and belongings in the same situation as when the property was received.

SIXTH. - DEPARTURE. - The checkout time is set at twelve noon (12:00 PM) on the last agreed day, at which time THE GUEST and all their companions must vacate the room without leaving anything in it. At 12:00 PM, another day will begin. With prior authorization from THE HOST, THE GUEST and their companions may leave later but in no case later than 3:00 PM. In the afternoon. PARAGRAPH: In case THE GUEST does not vacate the room at the end of the contract period, they will pay a daily sum equivalent to one night's accommodation until actual vacation, plus the damages and losses caused to the owner.

SEVENTH. - ALLOWED GUESTS. - Only persons previously listed in the "WEB CHECK-IN" form have the right to stay in the property subject to this contract. If for any reason this limit is exceeded, THE GUEST will pay THE HOST for additional persons, eighty thousand pesos ($80,000) legal currency per person per night, without prejudice to THE HOST's right to terminate the contract for breach, immediately, without any refund of sums already received, as a penalty. In addition, THE HOST is not responsible for problems that may arise from exceeding the maximum occupancy limit, which must be resolved or assumed directly by THE GUEST.

EIGHTH. - CONTRACT TERMINATION. - The accommodation contract will end in the following events: 1- Upon expiration of the agreed term. 2.- For breach of any of the obligations of the parties and specifically for the non-payment of the price or fee by THE GUEST or for the non-payment of food and beverages or other complementary services consumed by THE GUEST. 3.- In cases where, at the exclusive discretion of THE HOST, THE GUEST's behavior jeopardizes the peace and/or health of other guests or visitors to the accommodation. PARAGRAPH.- The termination of the contract does not exempt or release THE GUEST from the responsibilities indicated in the fourth clause of this contract or from the payment of outstanding balances.

NINTH. - USE OF THE PROPERTY. - THE HOST rents the room, house, or cabins, exclusively under the modality of tourist accommodation, and the use of the property for different purposes is prohibited. FIRST PARAGRAPH: The use of the property or the rented room for the development of productions, recordings, and photographs for commercial purposes where images of the property or room, its facade, interiors, including the use and transmission of signs, displays, names, brands, and designations found inside and/or on the facade and/or structure of the property and other parts of the property, as well as any sound and/or musical composition that can be heard from inside the property, is prohibited without limitation, except by prior agreement between the parties. Violation of this clause will result in a fine in cash equivalent to ten (10) times the value of this contract. SECOND PARAGRAPH: The use of the property or rented room for the development of activities related to drug trafficking, money laundering,
