The house features four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, hot shower, central heating, towels, blankets and premium sheets. The living room seats up to 9 people in confortable sofas with a chimney that will heat up the cold nights. The kitchen has been recently remodeled (2021) and it has everything you need (gas oven and stove, home appliances, utensils, etc) to prepare delicious meals. The dinning room seats 8 people, has a unique decoration and the perfect view to the east mountain range. On the terraces you can hang a hammock or lay sun beds that come with the house.

On the outdoors you will find 18,000 m2 (193750 ft2) of green areas, more than one thousand trees (many native), a parking place big enough for up to 15+ cars, a flat area for the kids to play in the outdoors and just enough green to breathe freely and enjoy nature at its best.
